Jennifer Lepan is an associate at Rayman Beitchman LLP whose current practice focuses expropriation law and civil litigation. She has appeared before the Ontario Divisional Court, Ontario Small Claims Court and various administrative tribunals, including the Social Benefits Tribunal, Landlord and Tenant Board, and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. She has assisted in matters before all levels of Court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Jennifer completed her JD at Queen’s University in 2016, graduating on the Dean’s Honour List. Throughout her time at Queen’s Jennifer was heavily involved with the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic where she volunteered and worked during her first-year summer. She also assisted with various Pro Bono Students Canada projects and completed an internship in the Civil Litigation department of the Federal Department of Justice.
Prior to law school, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Management from Dalhousie University and graduated on the Dean’s Honour List with the Faculty of Economics Excellence Prize. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in an international exchange at the Rouen School of Business in France.
